Reset Your Account Password

Complete the following steps to reset your password:

1. Click the Forgot Your Password link on the sign-in page.
2. From the Forgot Your Password page, enter your user name in the Username field.

3. Click Reset My Password. This will send an email with a reset code to the email address associated with your account.
4. Enter the reset code you received in the email to the Code field.
5. Enter a new password in the New Password field.
6. Re-enter your password in the Enter New Password Again field.
7. Click Change Password. This resets your password and takes you to the sign-in page.
